Refund policy

Our items are made-to-order, once they reach the production process, they are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Due to high shipping costs, returns are not accepted, but let us know of any issues and we'll manage accordingly. We inspect each item prior to shipment to ensure quality and craftsmanship. We also retain photo documentation of each delivered order. Should you discover a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, please notify us at shop@vinnahomeandkitchen.com. In some cases, we will allow a return but purchaser is responsible for any return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to merchandise returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please Note: Custom orders cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged after 3 days from purchase date.. 

Please Note: Before finalizing your purchase, please verify clearance measurements of doors, stairways, elevators and hallways.
